NyCola enjoys living in the Huron community with her husband and their children. She has been serving in the mental and behavioral health field for over twenty years. She has advanced training in working with high risk youth, teens and families, ADHD, moms struggling with depression & anxiety, codependency, coping with stress, managing anger, nonviolent crisis interventions, personal development and performance as well as healing relationships. NyCola uses a blend of relational theory, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral and Rational Emotive Behavior approaches to resolve emotional and behavioral problems and help people to lead more fulfilling lives. Her clients appreciate her blend of knowledge, empathy, humor and her down-to-earth approach to therapy.
NyCola has been a speaker on the topics of equipping our children to manage their emotions, postpartum depression & anxiety, managing “mommy anger” and resolving “mommy guilt.” She has also given presentations in the community on “the mental health effects of quarantine and school closures on youth,” “when to consider seeking a therapist,” “codependency recovery,” “relational health & wholeness,” “youth suicide awareness and prevention,” “Godly Self-Care” and “the benefits of gratitude.”

Heather has been working in the mental health and addictions field for over 18 years. She loves coming alongside individuals to help them grow, excel and find healing while on their life journey. Heather enjoys working with adults who have a desire to manage and overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, and coping with the many ordinary - and sometimes extraordinary - stressors life can throw at them. With a passion of working in the addictions field and experience managing outpatient treatment programs, Heather uses motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR to help identify ways to create change and healing in her clients’ lives. Heather believes in the healing power of therapy and strives to provide a safe and comforting place for self-exploration.
When not in the office, Heather enjoys reading, crafting, volunteering in the coffee ministry at her church and attending all of her kids’ many activities and sporting events while encouraging them along the way.

Christa has over 17 years of experience working in the Mental Health Field with children (4+), teens, adults and families. She has specialized training, knowledge and experience working with grief and loss including complicated, anticipatory, disenfranchised, and traumatic grief. Christa uses an range of treatment approaches including but not limited to; EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Strength-Based, Trauma-Focused, Person-Centered and Family-Systems Therapies. Christa's deep empathy and compassion allow her to quickly recognize and respond to her client’s emotions. Not only helping people to manage their symptoms, Christa joins her clients in getting to the root of their pain. In session, Christa works to identify behaviors and thought patterns that are contributing to the presenting problem while building skills and connections that can be used to live a healthy fulfilling life.
In her free time Christa enjoys being in the sunshine, decorating, humor, being a voice for social justice, enjoying music, animals, and the water. She loves pouring love into her family as her two daughters bring her great joy.

Elizabeth (Liz) has been working in the mental health field for over 16 years. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice in 2002 and her Masters of Social Work in 2013, both from The University of Toledo. She has advanced training, knowledge and experience in working with high risk youth populations and strengthening families. Elizabeth helps her clients manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD so they can experience greater well-being. She also specializes in anger management, nonviolent crisis techniques, personal development & performance as well as healing relationships.
Elizabeth’s therapeutic style is integrative, using a blend of modalities including, but not limited to, relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. She believes her therapeutic interventions should be tailored to best suit her clients’ needs and work off the strengths they already possess. Elizabeth prides herself on being accepting to all clients regardless of needs or situation and values an honest and open therapeutic rapport. Her clients appreciate her ability to combine her knowledge with humor and empathy and a genuine approach to therapy.
Elizabeth is certified in QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer Suicide Prevention). She is also certified in Trauma-Informed Care and IFAST (Integrated Family and Systems Treatment).
In her free time Elizabeth enjoys reading, painting and spending time with her two children and her family. She loves to travel, attend sporting events, swimming and the sunshine.

Brigid is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with over 21 years of experience working in the mental health field. She has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, trauma, abuse of all kinds, relationship issues, parenting problems, fertility, addictions, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. Brigid has counseled families and individuals in community agencies and private practice settings. She also has experience in behavior modification and life coaching.
Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion and does not believe in the stigma of labels. Her approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. She will tailor your dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Brigid enjoys being a mother to her daughter and having fun with family and friends. Spirituality and her faith are very important to her. She enjoys gardening, swimming, walking, yoga, jewelry making, decorating and is an avid dog lover.

Ally (she/her) has experience working with a variety of different populations and specializes in working with youth (10+) and adults struggling with mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, difficult life adjustments, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, and suicide.
From a theoretical standpoint, Ally enjoys integrating a variety of treatment approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person-Centered Therapy, and Existentialism to best meet the unique needs of each client. Ally is also trained in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) framework, a therapeutic framework for suicide-specific assessment and treatment of a patient’s suicidal risk. Ally also facilitates our DBT Skills Group.
Ally is passionate about providing an environment of warmth, safety, and acceptance to foster personal growth and instill hope in each of her clients. Ally's approach to counseling is one of support, genuineness, encouragement, humor, and exploration.
Ally earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from John Carroll University in 2018 and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Heidelberg University in 2021. Outside of the clinical setting, Ally is an avid hiker and enjoys all things Halloween-related.

Taylor has been in the mental health field since 2014. After earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work and Master’s of Social Work, both from The Ohio State University, she practiced in a youth crisis stabilization unit followed by community mental health. Taylor enjoys working with teens (14+), young adults, and women to assist in addressing general stressors, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Taylor believes that each individual is capable of making changes, healing, and living a fulfilling life.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, doing puzzles, yoga, and playing volleyball.

Ted has been working in the mental health field for 10 years. Ted earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor is Sexuality Studies in 2011 and his Master’s of Education specializing in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling in 2014. Ted is a dedicated and compassionate clinician with a wealth of experience working with a variety of youth and adults struggling with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
Ted is adept at applying Person-Centered Therapy, Integrated Family and Systems Therapy (IFAST), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to empower individuals and families on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. He is a suicide prevention advocate devoted to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Outside of the office, Ted balances professional excellence with a commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and fostering meaningful connections, frequently spending time with his friends, family and white husky.

Roxanne has been working in the mental health field for ten years. She has worked with teens and adults with a wide range of concerns including depression, parenting and family communication issues, anger management, self-esteem, and adverse childhood experiences.
Roxanne’s counseling style is client centered and she gets great satisfaction from helping clients identify strengths they already possess and empowering them to make the positive changes needed to reach their goals. Roxanne regards providing therapy as an honor and a privilege, and strives to treat every client with respect and acceptance. Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family systems therapy, solution focused approaches, mindfulness, and EMDR, as fits the needs of her client. Roxanne has been a volunteer in Scouting for 9 years, where she is the Committee Chair for her local Cub Scout Pack and Committee Member for both Boys and Girls Troops. She has recently added QPR suicide prevention training to the volunteer services she provides to Scouting.

Mary has over three decades of experience in psychotherapy having retired in 2018 as a psychological counselor and now expanding her career as an independent professional mindset and relationship coach with our practice. Mary offers her services virtually on weekdays and weeknights.
She loves and adores working with people and helping them to reach their potential. It is her joy to partner with her clients to experience improved well-being and thriving lives.
Mary has her B.A. in Psychology & Sociology and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She and her husband have celebrated over 50 years of marriage! They have three beautiful adult children and five grandchildren. Mary loves nature, classical music, Impressionist/Post Impressionist art, reading, travel, sudoku puzzles and Cleveland sports teams.
